Furniture delivery or pick-up

Out of town or working?  No problem!  We will wait at your condo or house for any scheduled furniture delivery.

Repairs needed at your lake home

HVAC, electrician, plumber, appliance repair appointments at your lake home that you can't make?  We will wait at your condo or house while the work is being done.

Storm Damage / Power Outage?

Big storm came through?  We will assess if there is damage, provide pictures to you, and if power is out for a duration, empty spoiled foods from refrigerator and freezer

Not sure if your windows or doors were left open?

You just hit the road, and panic sets in!  Did you forget to close the window or lock the door?  Did you close the garage door?

Property, vehicle, boat & boat lift checks

We will do a wellness check on your house, RV, vehicle, boat & boat lift.

New construction of your dream home?

We will go on-site to do a wellness check, provide you with updates on the progress, meet for deliveries, and provide you with pictures if needed.

$50/hour (1 hour minimum) during normal business hours

Lake Ozark, Village of Four Seasons, Osage Beach, Sunrise Beach, Rocky Mount

We are fully insured, and want you to feel comfortable providing us a key or code if we need to have access to the inside of your residence, boat, or RV.

We do! We are available Monday through Friday from 6:00am - 6:00pm to help you with your request. We may be able to help outside of the normal business hours for $75/hour.
